You can support us simply by contributing items of interest (facts, tips and questions for example) to our online education and learning database via The Wisdom Trust Community.  We call this our ‘Library of Wisdom’.

2. Contribute to our library and enrich the resources that will help others

We welcome those with a good eye for detail. Applying to become one of our accredited editors, moderators or translators means you’d review items entered by other contributors with The Wisdom Trust Community, checking and then correcting if necessary.

3. Help us reach out to charities and good causes in your community – and vote for your favourite cause

Once you’re a member of The Wisdom Trust you’ll be able to nominate charities, good causes and other not-for-profit projects and organisations who could benefit from funds raised through The Wisdom Trust, both within your own community and beyond.

And you can help raise funds for your favourite causes by voting for them on our website – every day if you wish – and then add extra value to the funds set aside for them by earning special Wisdom Trust Credits when you use our website for all sorts of normal online activities.

For example, you’ll be awarded Credits when you participate in our education, learning and information programs with The Wisdom Trust Community, or when your search online, as usual, but via our website instead, and even when you use our Market Place for your normal online shopping at any of thousands of popular online stores and merchants – all at no extra cost or inconvenience to yourself.

4. Make a real difference for charities operating globally, by giving just your time

Every time you log in and use The Wisdom Trust website you’ll be helping us raise funds not only for your own favourite causes but for hundreds of other charities and good causes in communities just like yours all over the world.

You can help raise funds for your favourite causes and others by voting for them on our website – every day if you wish – and then add extra value to the funds set aside for them by earning special Wisdom Trust Credits when you use our website for all sorts of normal online activities.

For example, you’ll be awarded Credits when you participate in our education, learning and information programs within The Wisdom Trust Community, or when your search online, as usual, but via our website instead, and even when you use our Market Place for your normal online shopping at any of thousands of popular online stores and merchants – all at no extra cost or inconvenience to yourself.

5. Expand Our Education Network By Introducing Your Friends, Family And Colleagues

You probably have any number of friends, family and colleagues who care about the same causes as you, or who support other equally-worthwhile causes as well.

Inviting them to join us means we can help them support their favourite charities too.

You may also know someone who could benefit from one of our Wisdom Trust Grants (including Eco Grants for energy-saving projects, Education Grants for students and Social Grants for families and the elderly).  Invite them to join us so they can start building their personal Wisdom Trust Grant Fund straight away.

And the great thing is that every time they earn Credits, so will you (to a lesser degree). And all those extra Credits will be helping add to the funds set aside for your own favourite cause.

6. Introduce your school, college or employer so together we can reach out to help more causes in your area

We want to do all we can to support local communities wherever they are in the world, including helping to support the people who live there and all the amazing charities, good causes and public services that operate there. To this end, we aim to set up a network of local hubs from which we can reach out to support the communities in that region.

We would, therefore, be particularly happy to talk to organisations, schools, colleges, individuals and companies who would be willing to take on the role of a local hub in their area to assist us in reaching out to support local causes and the people they serve.

We believe there must be dozens of brilliant charities, good causes and other not-for-profit organisations in every community. And here at The Wisdom Trust, we would welcome the opportunity to help as many of them as possible by providing extra funding to support their activities and campaigns.

We would be delighted to work with your school or college or even with your company to reach out and offer support to all the brilliant charities and good causes in your local area.

But aside from that, if they’re not already listed, why not nominate your school, college or university – or even your company’s charity foundation or charity fund –  to be registered as one of our partner organisations.  We’ll be able to support their own charitable or educational objectives but also to help them to reach out into the local community to help dozens of other worthy causes too.

We are also working on plans to help companies with business ‘build-back’ grants and to set up hardship funds to benefit their employees who have been negatively impacted as a direct result of the COVID 19 pandemic.
