Homemade Gatorade.

A recipe was concocted by the late bodybuilder Steve Reeves for replacing electrolytes and fluids during workouts.

To make this natural exercise drink, mix a pint (16 ounces) of water with 1 tablespoon of honey and the juice of 2 lemons. The more you work out, the more you will sweat and the more you need to drink liquids.
